What services does a financial services firm like The HOA Controller Offer?

We have proven recipe for executing the tasks required by associations for its members, consistently done, on an ongoing basis.

How long is the onboarding process?

Generally we can onboard a new client within 1 hour on the phone. Steps include:

  • The migration of their Quickbooks file or starting a new one
  • Accessing bank statements and the bank bill pay system ONLY. No transfer ability or movement of funds ability, but we do need a bank login so we can review and create ACH transactions for vendors
  • Creating an owners association email address or accessing one that we can use effectively
What if we don’t like the service?

Since we onboard for free, if the service is not as expected, we charge 1 month service fee to exit our program. We are confident in the services and have excellent feed back from existing clients – but if need be – we are happy to allow an easy exit.
